Avery Dennison is a Fortune 500 global materials science and digital identification solutions company, operating in over 50 countries. I work embedded in their design team on B2B tools used by customers worldwide.

What I'm doing
I work across product design, UX engineering and development, partnering with Product and Engineering from discovery to production, running workshops with multiple teams and bridging design and code through design systems, production components and agentic workflows.
Context & problem
Avery Dennison is a big, old company with a lot of internal tooling built up over decades, by many different teams, at many different points in its history. I joined the design team to help close the gap between design and what actually ships, working as comfortably in code as in Figma, on the B2B admin and internal tools that customers and internal teams rely on day to day.

How I work
The agentic workflows is the part I find most interesting: using AI coding agents like Claude Code alongside Figma, so that a design decision can turn into working, production-ready code faster than it would going through a traditional handoff. It’s less about replacing either design or engineering and more about shrinking the distance between them.
